Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your Billing settings whenever you want. Canceling turns off auto-renewal, and your current subscription remains available through the end date shown in your billing page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Billing settings, choose the subscription you want to manage, and use the cancel action there. If your payment provider supports a billing portal, you can also open the manage link from the same page.
Do my monthly credits roll over?
No. Subscription credits are issued on a monthly cycle and reset each cycle, even on annual plans. Unused subscription credits do not carry into the next cycle, so each new cycle starts with that plan's monthly credit amount again.
What's the difference between the monthly and annual plans?
The included features and monthly credit allowance stay the same for the same tier. The main difference is billing: monthly plans are charged every month, while annual plans are charged once per year at a lower effective monthly price. If you want maximum flexibility, choose monthly. If you already know you'll use Banana Prompts long term, annual gives you the better value.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Subscription refunds can be requested within 14 days for unused time, and unused credit packages can be refunded within 7 days. See our Refund Policy for details.
