1. Refund Request Period

• Customers can request a refund within 14 days of purchase for subscriptions.
• Credit packages can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if unused.

2. Eligibility Conditions

• Subscriptions: Refunds are available for unused subscription time.
• Credit packages: The credits must be completely unused (no images generated).
• Refund requests should be sent via email to our support team (support@bananaprompts.fun).
• Please provide your email address, order ID, and the reason for the refund.
• Bonus credits from promotions are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Processing

• Upon receiving the refund request, we will review it and respond within 3 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
• Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
• PayPal refunds typically process within 1-3 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Credits that have been used to generate images.
• Credits used for prompts, uploads, or generation requests involving prohibited content, including illegal or sexually explicit/NSFW content, are not refundable even if the request is blocked, removed, or moderated.
• Subscription fees after the 14-day period (monthly subscriptions will not auto-renew after cancellation).
• Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service.

5. Partial Refunds

For partially used subscriptions, refunds will be calculated as:

(Unused subscription time ÷ Total subscription period) × Original amount - Used credits value
